Store Information

The Squishy Addict sells squishy toys, fidget toys, putty, plush items, Squishmallows, NeeDohs, collector items, and related products.

Some items may be brand new, new with tags, new in box, or pre-owned collector items. The condition of each item will be listed in the product description.

We do our best to describe each item accurately, including size, color, condition, packaging, tags, and any important details.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with payment, inventory, shipping information, suspected fraud, or an error in the listing.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

The Squishy Addict is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped and accepted by the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.

If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household, neighbors, apartment office, mailroom, or local carrier first.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after they are marked delivered.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.

Because many of our items are squishy toys, putty, plush, fidgets, sensory toys, and collector items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Safety Notice

Some products may contain small parts or packaging that may not be suitable for young children. Please review product packaging and age recommendations before use.

Squishy toys, putty, and fidget toys are not food and should not be eaten.

Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.

Pre-Owned and Collector Items

Pre-owned, no-tag, or collector items are sold as described and are final sale.

These items may show minor signs of handling, storage, or display unless otherwise stated.

Please review photos carefully before purchasing.

All website content, including store branding, logos, product descriptions written by The Squishy Addict, photos taken by The Squishy Addict, and other original content, may not be copied or used without permission.

Third-party brand names such as Squishmallows, NeeDoh, Crazy Aaron’s, Schylling, Speks, Toymendous, Disney, Minecraft, and others belong to their respective owners. The Squishy Addict is not officially affiliated with these brands unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

The Squishy Addict is not responsible for misuse of products, allergic reactions, damage caused by improper use, or damage caused by products being used against the instructions or warnings on the packaging.

Products should be used as intended and kept away from surfaces where putty, slime, or squishy materials may stick, stain, or cause damage.
