All sales are final.

Because many of our items are squishy toys, putty, plush, fidgets, sensory toys, and collector items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all photos, descriptions, sizes, condition notes, and item details carefully before purchasing.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Squishy toys
  • Putty
  • Stress balls
  • Fidget toys
  • Plush items
  • Squishmallows
  • Collector items
  • Pre-owned or no-tag items
  • Sale or clearance items

Condition Notes

Some items may be brand new, new with tags, new in box, or pre-owned collector items. The condition of each item will be listed in the product description.

Pre-owned, no-tag, or collector items are sold as described and are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Address

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. If a return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, return instructions will be provided.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
