Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
During busy times, holidays, or shop updates, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate standard shipping for U.S. orders.
Standard Shipping: $6.99
Large, heavy, or oversized items may have a higher shipping cost depending on the item.
Shipping Carrier
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or another shipping carrier depending on the package size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
Most orders arrive within a few business days after shipping, but delays can happen and are outside of our control once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
The Squishy Addict is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your household, neighbors, apartment office, mailroom, or local carrier first.
The Squishy Addict is not responsible for stolen packages after they are marked delivered.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the label is created.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
